Coolidge, Arizona's first major master-planned community will be built on 3,214 acres of former farmland in northern Pinal County. The initial plan will include approximately 11,000 homes, a 35-acre mixed use town center that will include on-site retail shops and a community center. Sandia residents will enjoy mountain views, more than 550 acres of parks, trails, sports fields, and plenty of breathing room. Sandia, Spanish for watermelon, will offer its residents the sweet life in sunny Arizona.
