Pivotal Group purchased 3,000 acres 20 miles southeast of Denver in Parker, Colorado in 2004. Pivotal will develop this master planned community project to include up to 6,200 residential units, as well as various commercial parcels. Pivotal Group sought to expand its community development into Colorado to complement its other community projects in Arizona, Texas and Utah. Pivotal Group's vision is to make Anthology the most unique and premier community in Southeast Denver.
