The parcel is in the center of a booming area of Maricopa County and is extremely well served by access to freeways. In addition, the surrounding residential demographics provide for an excellent mix of executive housing, affordable housing stock, upscale rental units and quality schools. Originally purchased as part of the Talley Industries acquisition, a large portion of the property was subsequently sold to Simula, an airbag manufacturer, for its corporate headquarters. The remaining land at Fiesta Ranch was also sold and is being developed as a commerce park by a local developer.
