Pivotal Group purchased all of the acreage remaining at the premier mid-rise, mixed-use development site in Arizona and is continuing the process of bringing an additional 750,000 square feet of office and retail into the project. Additions include three major office towers, stadium-style theatre and numerous high-end retail shops and restaurants.

The high-rise luxury condominium project, Esplanade Place, contains 56 units offering resort-level services and commands pricing in the range of $300 to $400 per square foot.
