PHOENIX (Jan. 10, 2005) - Pivotal Group has named real estate veteran Kurt Wolter as General Manager of its SunMarke community development project in Parker, Colorado near Denver. He joins Pivotal Group with over 30 years experience in the industry.

Mr. Wolter joins Pivotal Group from D.R. Horton-Trimark Series in Colorado where he served as Vice President, Land Acquisition, Planning and Development. His career has included executive positions in the real estate and construction industries, including President of Mobil Land Development Corporation in Denver.

SunMarke consists of 3,000 acres known as Stroh Ranch in Parker. Located 20 miles southeast of Denver, Pivotal Group will develop the project to include up to 6,200 residential units, as well as various commercial parcels.
