Pivotal Group acquired this landmark West Los Angeles luxury hotel in 1999. Originally part of the Century Plaza and Tower, the Tower portion was repositioned under one of the world's leading brands, St. Regis. Pivotal Group completed a major repositioning of guest rooms and public spaces, including lobby, spa, ballrooms and the addition of the Encore Restaurant and the St. Regis Bar. The renovation resulted in perhaps the most luxurious, yet California contemporary look on the West Coast with unparalleled five-star service. In 2005, Pivotal Group sold the 297-room St. Regis Los Angeles to a New York-based investment firm.
