We are interested in corporate divestitures, public or private companies and family-controlled enterprises in virtually any sector. Typically, we make equity investments in operating companies with revenues between $100 million and $1 billion.

Our focus is on businesses that are leaders in their market segments, that have the ability to re-invent themselves, that have the potential for strong organic revenue growth, and that exhibit attractive margins.

Our most important investment criterion is an outstanding management team. We do not buy businesses from management teams, rather, we partner with management teams to buy and grow businesses.
