Pivotal has successfully increased occupancy from 40 percent at the time of purchase to a current occupancy of 95 percent while maintaining market leadership in rental rates. At final build-out, the campus will include consist of five buildings with approximately 500,000 square feet of flex-tech office buildings in the " Silicon Island " of the high-technology corridor of the East Bay.
