With Pivotal Group since 2001, Ms. Suggs began her 25-year career in management with TRW, a Fortune 500 company, as Maricopa County Supervisor for their Real Estate Information Services Division. Following TRW, she joined the real estate division of Western Savings, a $6 billion institution, and marketed its asset portfolio.

While with Westin Hotels & Resorts marketing and public relations, she was recruited by KSL Resorts, a KKR (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts) company, owner/operator of luxury resort hotels, spas and membership clubs.

Ms. Suggs is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the American Advertising Federation and is a sustaining member of the Junior League. She is immediate past president of Charter 100, a professional women's organization and has served as executive director of the National Women's Hall of Fame in New York.
