Vice President-Operations

Ms. Brown has been a member of Pivotal Group's executive team since joining the firm in 2001, and has worked as an operating manager for Promontory and other Pivotal Group ventures. A Certified Public Accountant, she is responsible for financial and operational oversight, managing equity and debt relationships, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and project cash flow management.

Prior to joining Pivotal Group, Ms. Brown worked as a senior audit manager for Ernst & Young's Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. Ms. Brown specializes in real estate audit and advisory services. Prior clients include homebuilders, developers, land bankers and various other investment companies.

She is active in her community and is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Brown graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting.
